We carry all of the traditional running brands like, Brooks, Mizuno and many other brands that you can't find anywhere else like Newton, Terra Plana, and more. Check out our brands page...if you don't see it listed call us and ask. We are always bringing in cutting edge products and we often get new products based on our customer's needs.

 

Mojo Running & Multisport of Pittsburgh believes that in order to be a healthy human you need an array of tools. Proper nutrition, the proper form of exercise for your body, the proper mindset for growth both mental and spiritual and of course the proper fitting shoes to support you in your every move!  We want to be your source for running shoes, apparel and accessories in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Mojo's 8 Week Basic Training Course
Have you ever wanted to have fun with your fitness? Have you ever wanted to not hate running? Have you ever wanted to feel strong throughout your daily activities?

If you answered YES to any of these questions then it's time to change your life!

Mojo is putting a new twist on our traditional C25K Program.

This Basic Training Program  will be an 8 week walk to run program that will include; a walk to run schedule and total body functional movement workout.   

Total program time is 1 hour, 3X per week....No Excuses!

The program will run on Monday & Thursday  evenings at 6:00PM and Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM from Mojo.

Start Date is Monday, May 11th

Informational Meeting is Saturday, May 9th at 10:00 AM at the shop. You need not attend the meeting to attend the program.

Program cost is $75.00 and includes a Mojo Training Tee

The program is best suited for relatively active people who are looking to run their first 5K (yes, you can do this if you are just sitting on the couch but will be happier if you start walking between now and the start!) or folks who are just looking to get a great short distance training program and develop some serious core strength!
